Kinder Academy - Free Pre-Kindergarten program!

In partnership with the Novato Unified School District, the Novato School Readiness Program offers Kinder Academy.  This is a free 5-week summer program for children who have little or no preschool experience, and who will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall.  It will be offered at Lynwood, Loma Verde, Lu Sutton and Olive Elementary Schools.

This program allows incoming Kindergarten students to attend a preschool class in order to introduce them to school in a more relaxed atmosphere.  Children learn many things including: following classroom routines and rules, respect for others, making friends, enjoying physical activities, using classroom materials, engaging in art and music activities, improving number and color recognition and improving communication skills.  And most of all, they have fun!  Teachers, parents and children all love and value this program.

For more information, contact the School Office or contact Tracy Haynor at (415) 892-1643 x251.
