NUSD Extends Public Comment Period for San Marin High School Stadium Lights EIR
(Novato, CA) … The Novato Unified School District announced that the public comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the stadium lights at San Marin High School has been extended to March 3, 2017, at 5 pm. Comments may be submitted to [email protected]. The Board of Trustees took action at its January 31, 2017, Board Meeting to extend the public comment period, the meeting to certify the EIR, and the meeting to discuss approval of the project.
The revised dates are as follows: March 28, 2017, at 6 pm, the Board will hold a Special Board Meeting to consider and potentially certify the Final EIR. On April 18, 2017, Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting to consider approval of the proposed project. Both meetings will begin at 6 pm. All meetings will be held in the NUSD Board Room, 1015 7th Street in Novato.
The Draft EIR is available for public review at the District office, 1015 7th St, Novato, and at Novato Library (1720 Novato Blvd., Novato) and South Novato Library (931 C St., Novato). The Draft EIR may also be accessed from the NUSD website, http://nusd.org/sanmarin-high-school-stadium-lights//.
