It’s that time of year again with floats, football and school dances. Spirit week for San Marin High School will be October 3 through 7 with a float festival on Wednesday, October 5. The traditional Homecoming Parade down Grant Avenue will begin at 7 pm on Friday, October 7. To conclude the exciting spirit week, the varsity football game begins at 2 pm on Saturday, October 8, against San Rafael High School when the homecoming queen will be announced at halftime. The day will end with a homecoming dance for the students from 8-10:30 p.m.
Novato High School’s homecoming spirit week will be October 24 through 28 with a homecoming rally on Thursday, October 27. Novato High also has a traditional Homecoming Parade down Grant Avenue beginning at 7 pm on October 28. The homecoming football game begins at 2 pm on Saturday, October 29 against San Rafael High School and the homecoming queen will be announced at halftime. The homecoming dance for students begins at 7 pm.
