The purpose of the Measure G Bond Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee (ICOC) is to review and report on the expenditure of taxpayer money, ensuring that bond revenues are expended only for the purposes set forth in Measure G. The work of the ICOC is conducted under The Brown Act. All meetings are open to the public and we welcome observers.
