Flyer Guidelines

  • Flyers and promotional materials from non-school sponsored groups shall not be distributed or posted.

  • Materials for distribution include notices of events, meetings, or sign-ups by Novato-based, non-profit youth groups.  (Information posted cannot be in violation of Board policy, state or federal law.)

  • As a courtesy to our community and in order to provide access to all of our students and parents, we require that flyers be submitted in both English and Spanish.

  • To ensure timely posting, flyers should be uploaded for approval at least 1 week in advance of the event.

  • All flyers to be distributed shall bear the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity.

  • Approval of your flyer does not imply District endorsement of any identified product and/or of services.
