Flyers and promotional materials from non-school sponsored groups shall not be distributed or posted.

Materials for distribution include notices of events, meetings, or sign-ups by Novato-based, non-profit youth groups.  (Information posted cannot be in violation of Board policy, state or federal law.)

As a courtesy to our community and in order to provide access to all of our students and parents, we require that flyers be submitted in both English and Spanish.

To ensure timely posting, flyers should be uploaded for approval at least 1 week in advance of the event.

All flyers to be distributed shall bear the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity.

Approval of your flyer does not imply District endorsement of any identified product and/or of services.
