Districtwide Shade Structure Project

Novato Unified School District is enhancing outdoor learning and play environments through the installation of new DSA-approved shade structures at multiple school sites. These additions provide students and staff with safe, comfortable spaces for instruction, recreation, and community gatherings.     Quick overview: CUPCCAA is an act that allows alternative bidding procedures for public projects, and CUCCAC is the commission that governs CUPCCAA - established in 1983. CUPCCAA allows public agencies to use their own work force to perform public projects with formal bids and provides alternative bidding procedure when an agency performs public project by contract.
