NUSD Developer Fees (effective 07.22.2024):

  • Residential: $5.17 per square foot
  • Commercial: $0.84 per square foot
  • Mini Storage: $0.05 per square foot

Who needs to complete this form?

  • All additions/developments require completion of the Certification of Compliance Form.
     

What is the process?

  • The property owner should complete the top portion, then have the city or county complete the middle portion. Once the city or county has verified the information and completed its portion, the property owner needs to bring the form to the NUSD District Office to verify the information and pay any fees, if applicable.
     

How do I know if I need to pay a fee?

  • Fees are only collected for additions/developments of 501 square feet or more. Rates are listed above.
     

What happens once the form is completed, and any fees are paid?

  • The form will be returned to the city or county for finalization.
